    Dread coming here and avoid it unless no choice. Atmosphere is awful and staff are incredibly rude. The management must be awful as the staff seem to hate their job. I have had more than one depressingly bad staff member experience. Life's too short . . .

    Definitely not a racial comment, but the 2 Asian background lady was kind but the rest was just rude, no happy face, sound arrogant, no hello and bye...I used to own a LPO years ago, I will definitely ask those ladies to leave.

    Terrible customer service. Impatient staff and lack of information. Avoid this post office if you could. Technically its a Corp outlet and no stress on revenue and customer satisfaction, and doesn’t need to give you a sht at all.
    Trust me this is not your only option living in bentleigh area.

    From collecting packages to applying for passports and more.
    Always courteous and helpful.

    I attend this post office regularly and the staff on site demonstrate the worst customer service I have ever witnessed and experienced. It is strikingly obvious your team members do not want to be there. The utter disrespect, and lack of care demonstrated toward members of our community is appalling. Truly hope something is done to address this as the local post office is an often unavoidable core service to the community.
