  Update after over a year: unfortunately this store still continues to struggle, a lot. I hope the management or the owner puts in some effort around building up the staff to know how to provide welcoming customer service and run the store comfortably. It's a small store yet it struggles so much. I feel the staff are constantly under pressure and are not prepared to deal with high volumes. I've been visiting my neighbor suburb Nandos Carnegie and thought I would try Bentleigh again. I will come again in a year.
  
  This was sadly disappointing. The wraps seemed old and stale and fell to absolute pieces and crumbs when I picked it up. The salad was very old and wilted. We complained and the experienced girl at the front immediately recognised the mistake and took the dishes away to replace them. Thank you. The new wraps we got were better but almost half the size. It was extremely busy and the cook was a trainee so I understand, but.

  I ordered chicken paella.the food was very oily and too salty and never experienced before like this in nandoos .if you are foodholic of nandoos please don't waste your money here.i have photos of food but I dono how to post

  Just a average experience there. The space was quite congested and wasn't too appealing as well. I asked for toilet but it wasn't available as well.

  The chicken is great, but be sure to tell them in advance how much salt you want on your chips....because they have a habit of dumping it on if you don't say anything.

  No salt, no peri seasoning, no peri sauce, smaller chips and chicken servings, spicy rice had about 2 pieces of vegetable matter, was 99% bland rice, chips bland and cold. They didnt bother to put in at least 2 things we'd ordered. For $27 this is pathetic. I don't know how this place stays in business. The staff don't want to be there and are doing less than the bare minimum, plus the crappy crappy food they're working with. Never again.
